Corporate and Group Sessions

From helping manage day to day work stress, to addressing the added impact home life has on our mental wellbeing, or even assisting while going through restructuring processes, workplace sessions can be invaluable in supporting employees to be at their best personally and professionally.  SFH sessions can be run online on a drop-in basis, once weekly for as many people as want to come along.  It can be done completely confidentially – attendees can keep cameras and speakers off if they would prefer.  Everyone would need to come to an initial session as this underpins the work that is then done in the subsequent sessions.

In the initial session I explain how our brains work and the neuroscience behind everything that we do.  This is is a super-user-friendly whistle-stop tour of how our brains can sometimes work against us and how we can get them back on track.  This session can sometimes be enough to get people thinking more positively and feeling more in control so it is incredibly valuable.  I can tailor it to focus more on the types of challenges you see within your setting but it applies to everyone in every area of life.  I suggest offering this once a month so that anyone can drop in and then join the regular ongoing sessions afterwards.  After this session people will be given access to my recording which they can listen to when they want.

This would be followed by weekly regular sessions – including reflecting on what is going well, a revision of how our brains work (including hormonal releases and working to get our positive neurotransmitters flowing), a goal setting exercise, and then 30 minutes relaxation/ trance.

I am aways happy to run an initial session for your team free of charge so that you can get a feel for it and ask any questions.  I can either run the sessions from my own Zoom account or via a Teams call within your system, as you prefer.

I can of course work with individuals on anything from smoking/ vaping cessation, phobias, improving performance (including presentations and public speaking) as well as generalised anxiety-related issues and associated health concerns.

I also run occasional in-person group sessions and am always happy to speak to your community group or club about what I do and send attendees away with knowledge they can use straightaway.  If you would like me to come and talk to your group or club please do drop me a line.
